Weekly Activities
Sunday Service: 10:30
Church starts with music (Worship and Prayer) After the announcements the children are invited to go downstairs to children's church where their leaders teach them Bible stories that are age appropriate. Upstairs Pastor Max, Pastor DD or a guest speaker will share a sermon that is relevant to your life. Inspiring and based on scripture.
After the service you are invited downstairs to our fellowship hall for a nice lunch. We call this "Connecting Point." It is a great place to connect with others and enjoy some good food.
Thursday Night Service 7:00 - 8:00. We start out with music and prayer. Then there is a short sermon, followed by a discussion on that night's topic.
Saturday Night Youth Group 6:30 - 8:30. Our youth ministry is thriving and these students and their youth leaders are passionate about growing deep in their faith while having a lot of fun as a group.
The Youth Group also meets Monday nights for Bible Study in groups at peoples homes.

Pastors Max & DD Marcoux and their family
Pastors Max and DD have been pastoring since 1999. Prior to pastoring, they served as youth leaders at Wellesley Park Assembly of God, which is also where they met. Later, they were appointed to pastor the youth group and young adult ministry. In 2007 they started Elevation and in 2011 they found a permanent home for the ministry at Elevation Chapel in Newton.
Their pastoring style is simple. They love and do not judge.
They teach the Bible with a focus on the life and teachings of Jesus.

Elevation Chapel is located at 150 Lowell Ave in Newton, just North of Washington Street near Newton North High School. Upon your arrival you can park in the church lot or use street parking along Lowell Ave.
