Each day of the week there is a focus. If you need to get healthier than you are right now, give them a read through and see if there is something there for you to use for your own life.
Sunday - Rest. I aim to get 9 hours of sleep a night.
Monday - Exercise. Workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Tuesday - Nutrition. No eating till 11:30 a.m. and no eating after 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday - Education. Study for self improvement.
Thursday - Work. Manage my time and get my work done with excellence.
Friday - Adventure. Get outside and explore this beautiful planet.
Saturday - Leisure. Make time to relax and enjoy life.
